Scam Alert!!!

It has come to our attention that there is a scam that involves fake procurements for goods and services specs under a South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) letterhead.

Kindly note that the above activity is a fraud and that the SACAA DOES NOT issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) in a letterhead, and we urge everyone to be vigilant of this ongoing scam.

Further note: The SACAA WILL NEVER ask service providers for any upfront payments.

Bidders should send queries on to our central email address:  CAAQuotes@caa.co.za in order to confirm or verify any RFQs and tenders that have been issued by the SACAA.

If you have been a victim of this scam, we urge and encourage you to lodge an official police report.
