The following are problem areas and contributing factors to most of our accidents :

  • Pilot attitude (over confidence), this is a major killer and involves :

·         Weather

·         Low flying

·         Inadequate or no preflight.

  • Aircraft overloading.
  • Disregard of Standard/Safe Operating Procedures.
