As part of its mandate, the
Airworthiness Division has a surveillance program in place to ensure that the
aircraft maintenance industry complies with the requirements of the Civil
Aviation Requirements (CAR’s).
The above is accomplished

inspections.

Assisting aviation industry players with advice on how they
can comply the requirements of the CAR’s.
