are to meet the requirements of emergency airworthiness directive AD 2003-16-19 prior to further flight.
Aircraft may be ferried under Part 91 with essential
crew only to the nearest organisation where the airworthiness directive can be
embodied.
Please be advised that any alternate means of
compliance must be approved by the Federal Aviation Administration and
submitted to the CAA for consideration and possible approval.
