ACCIDENT AND INCIDENT INVESTIGATION PROCEDURES

In an accident or incident investigation, the investigator-in-charge, investigator and pro tem investigator must follow the procedures contained in the ICAO Manual of Aircraft Accident Investigation (Doc 6920), 4^th edition, 1970, in addition to the provisions of the CARs and other instructions which may be issued by the Commissioner or, in the case of an investigator or pro tem investigator, issued by the investigator-in-charge.
