Ø Can AME’s get accident and incident information for internal training?

Ø Are AD’s still available?

Ø Can a AME certify interior refurbishments that are done in the aircraft?

Ø If CAA is not going to issue AD’s can AMO’s use FAA AD’s?

Ø Can an AMO apply for a D license without the qualifications?

Ø Who is the overruling party with regard to personal licenses?

Ø Does one need a certificate or license to do something that is not part of his qualifications (MOP)?
