The CAA has a Vision of “Excellence in Aviation Safety, Security and Industry Development”.  The CAA is therefore committed to rendering an excellent customer service to its clientele..  We will strive to provide professional services that will satisfy the customer’s need for a reliable and quality service.

 

The CAA agrees to treat its clients with respect and courtesy. All staff will address clients’ requests and concerns in a helpful and polite manner.

 

CAA is a customer service orientated organisation where enquiries are dealt with promptly and timeously in order for the CAA to provide a high quality of service.

 

In carrying out its operational aviation activities, the CAA has developed specific service standards and is committed to achieving these standards in all instances.

 

The CAA’s mission is to work towards excellence in aviation safety and security through, amongst other things, developing and maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.  Therefore the CAA encourages and values feedback and suggestions on its performance levels.

 

To achieve its commitments, the CAA:

§                                  has established standards by which its services can be measured;

§                                  empowered its staff to achieve the service standards;

§                                  implemented a monitoring system that is maintained by the Senior Manager: Client Services to ensure that all enquiries are  handled timeously.
