As a client-centric organisation, the SACAA prides itself in continuously introducing initiatives to improve the service experience of our clients. Key to this intent is the Introduction of the SACAA Service Standards which will enable the organisation to deliver on its strategic objective of Service Excellence.
Aligned to this strategic objective, the SACAA has spearheaded a process over the last year to develop the Service Standards, a formalised and documented process to define the service standards we are committed to meet as SACAA, particularly in the prioritised Divisions - Aviation Safety Operations, Aviation Security and Aviation Infrastructure. This initiative is important in ensuring best practice, consistency, quality and compliance. And, forms part of our efforts to become a Client-Centric organisation by managing expectations and ultimately improving service delivery.
